  1. Q: Do you sell only Cisco Routers and Catalyst Switches?
  2. A:   We sell all Cisco Parts from cables, memory, SFP’s, GBIC’s, Interface Cards to Core BRAS Routers (7204VXR, 7206VXR) and Core Catalyst switches (6509’s)

 

  1. Q: Does your Used Cisco equipment come with any warranty?
  2. A:   Yes –   All equipment is supplied with a free 90days Warranty. However for those who would prefer the ultimate support for mission critical applications  - We will arrange longer warranty for your specific needs.

 

  1. Q: Are the photos on your site showing the real stock?
  2. A: Cause of the fast liquidity of used equipment, most of the photos are not the real stock. Please contact sales@chn-cisco.com for real photos before your payment.

 

  1. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
  2. A:  Most goods are dispatched within 24 hrs of payment clearing.  Depending on your location and the item, the delivery will usually take around 1-5 days by FedEx, TNT, DHL, and UPS.

 

  1. Q: Can you supply any other items that are not on your website?
  2. A:  Cisco have in excess of 10,000 products – we can source any part number for you – even if we do not have it in stock.

 

  1. Q: What is the meaning of Used, NOB, F/S?
  2. A:  Used means this hardware was used before. NOB means New Open Box and F/S means Factory sealed.

 

  1. Q: Where is my tracking number?
  2. A:  We send out an email with your tracking information when the order is shipped. To ensure email delivery, please make sure your email you supplied is correct.

 

  1. Q: We need a product with 'clean' serials. What is that?
  • A:  'Clean serial' means the product you are purchasing is not currently under contract and therefore is eligible for support through the manufacturer. An example of a support contract that is often mentioned is SMART net. This status has nothing to do with product quality or its past or current condition.
  • Shen Zhen Chang Yu products may or may not be 'clean'.  To request a product with this status, please contact our sales team prior to purchase, we can show this unit SN for your reference.

 

  1. Q: What is your RMA policy?
  • A: 1)  Buyer Should inspect all items before placing , include SN label , scratch, test reporter, and also other request you would like know in case when you get it and appear issue. If that, we can not afford any duty.
  • 2)  If the device have hardware problem, RMA will be accepted after you received 3 business days. So suggest once got items, please check and test it as soon as possible.
  • 3)  All parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if tested good upon arrival.
  • 4)  If no-working items, we will afford our duty, include refund and shipping fee for returning.
